9TH LDS FILM FESTIVAL 2010 JANUARY 20-23, 2010 | SCERA CENTER, OREM
FEATURE FILM EXHIBITION
Decription: The LDS Film Festival began to showcase feature films in 2004 and has since premiered numerous motion pictures. In 2009, 15 full-length films were screened at the festival with a record attendance, averaging an attendance of over 350 per film. In 2010, we look forward to another exciting program. Filmmakers enjoy the festival atmosphere with thousands of people attending and multiple networking opportunities. Furthermore, the festival offers LDS filmmakers a platform to promote their film through media coverage and word of mouth. Films like "Saints and Soldiers," "The Best Two Years," "Forever Strong" and "The Errand of Angels" have gained a boost in interest before their theatrical releases.
Awards: Feature films are not part of a competition. No awards will be given in this category. However, we will hand out Audience Choice Ballots and pass on the audience feedback to the filmmakers.
